How can AI help my business?

How does an AI chatbot for a website work?

You set the rules, for example what it never talks about.
What is an AI agent for business?
An AI that doesn't just answer, it acts. It uses tools, looks things up and completes steps in your process, like saving a lead, updating a record or sending a follow-up. You decide what it may do on its own, and where a decision matters, it stops and waits for your approval.

It depends on how it's built, so choose carefully who you work with. In the systems we build, personal data is encrypted, logs are masked, access is recorded, and every user sees only what their role allows. Important AI output is checked by the code, never trusted blindly.
Custom system or off-the-shelf software?
If your process looks like everyone else's, start with off-the-shelf. Go custom when the ready-made tools don't fit how you work, when your team copies data by hand between tools, or when the system is part of what you sell. And the two can work together, a custom system can pull live data from tools you already use.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
It depends on the scope. Before any code, we pin down what the first version really needs, and you get a written plan, step by step, so you know what comes first.
Can WhatsApp be connected to my system?
Yes. For example, a WhatsApp follow-up after a failed payment, or a chat that hands a customer to you on WhatsApp with the topic already in the message.
