Cookie Policy

This policy is available in English and in Hebrew, and both versions say the same thing.

  1. In short

    • What the site and the chat need in order to work is always on.
    • In Europe and the UK, measurement cookies run only if you agree, and ads cookies don't run at all. Elsewhere both run from your first visit, and you can refuse them.
    • You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the menu.

  2. 1. What cookies and browser storage are

    A cookie is a small file a site saves in your browser, to remember something from page to page or from visit to visit. Browser storage does something similar, but the information stays in the browser and is not sent to the site automatically. A pixel is a small piece of code from another company that reports a visit to that company. In this policy, the word "cookies" covers all three.

  3. 2. Three kinds, as in the banner

    • Necessary. The site and the chat need them in order to work. They keep your choice in the banner, your chat and your best score in the game. They are always on and cannot be turned off.
    • Measurement. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how the site is used, including heatmaps and recordings of scrolling and clicks. If you leave your details, we also learn where you came from.
    • Ads. Meta Pixel shows us whether one of our ads brought you here, and lets us show you our ads later on Facebook and Instagram.

  5. 4. How the banner works

    In Europe and the UK

    • No measurement tool loads before you choose, or after you refuse.
    • Nothing is ticked in advance, and "Reject all" sits right next to "Accept all", at the same size.
    • Ads cookies are not offered at all.
    • The X closes the banner without consent, and it shows again on the next page you open.

    Everywhere else, including Israel and the US

    • Measurement and ads cookies run from your first visit.
    • The banner tells you so, with a button to refuse and a link to the settings.
    • In the settings, measurement and ads are ticked in advance, and you can turn each one off.

    Everywhere

    • Your choice is kept in your browser for six months, and then the banner asks again.
    • We record every choice with a random ID, the time, what you chose, the banner's version, the page and the language, whether you appear to be in Europe and whether your browser sent a GPC signal, without your IP address. We keep this record for two years.

  6. 5. How we know you are in Europe or the UK

    By the time zone set on your device. This is only an estimate. If your device's time zone differs from where you are, for example while travelling, you may get the banner of another region. Either way, you can change your choice in the cookie settings.

  7. 6. Google Consent Mode

    We use Google Consent Mode, which passes your choice to Google's tools. When you turn off measurement or ads, Google's tools don't store cookies for them.

  8. 7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

    • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, ads cookies are off, unless you turn them on yourself in the cookie settings.
    • The site does not respond to the Do Not Track signal, because there is no agreed standard for it. Instead, you can refuse cookies in the banner.

  9. 8. How to change or withdraw your choice

    • Through the cookie settings link in the menu, or the button below. Turning a kind off deletes its cookies that were stored on our site. Cookies that Microsoft and Meta store on their own domains can be deleted in your browser's settings.
    • You can withdraw at any time, with "Reject all" in the cookie settings.
    • You can also delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings. After that, the banner appears again.

  10. 9. What these tools never receive

    Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel never receive the content of the chat or the details you gave us. They only learn that you sent an inquiry or tapped to message us on WhatsApp, without its details.

  11. 10. Changes and contact

    If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page, and if a change requires your consent, the banner will ask again.
