Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026. Effective from 16 October 2026.
This policy is available in English and in Hebrew, and both versions say the same thing.

  1. In short

    • The site offart.space belongs to DOT2DOT LLC, doing business as OFFART.
    • What you write in the chat is sent to OpenAI in the US so the AI can answer you. On our side, the chat is deleted two hours after the last message.
    • If you ask us to get back to you, we keep your name, your phone number and the questions you wrote. If we don't start working together, we delete them at the latest 24 months after your last inquiry.
    • In Europe and the UK, measurement cookies run only if you agree, and ads cookies don't run at all. Elsewhere both run from your first visit, and you can turn them off at any time.
    • We send you updates and offers only if you ticked the box for them.
    • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, by email to meir@offart.space.
  2. 1. Who we are and how to reach us

The site offart.space is run by DOT2DOT LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, doing business as OFFART. The company decides why and how your information is used, so it is the party responsible for it under the law. Wherever this policy says "we", it means DOT2DOT LLC.

This policy covers the site offart.space, its chat, and the inquiries you send us through the site, by email or on WhatsApp.

For any privacy question or request, you can email us at meir@offart.space, or send a letter to
    DOT2DOT LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #30942, Casper, WY 82609, USA

  3. 2. What we collect

We collect only the types of information in this list.

    1. What you write in the chat, together with the AI's replies.
    2. Call-back details. If you tap "Yes, call me back", the site will ask for your name and phone number. Stored with them are the questions you wrote in the chat (without the AI's replies), the page you were on, its language and the time you sent your details.
    3. Inquiries by email or WhatsApp. Your email address or phone number, and what you wrote to us.
    4. How you reached the site. The address of the page you came from, the page on our site where you first used the chat and when, and campaign tags in the link, namely utm, gclid and fbclid.
    5. Technical data. Our server records the IP address, browser type, page and time of each request. The chat's logs record the time, the conversation ID, the type of action, the language, the page, the length of the message, the number of messages and technical counters, but not the content of the messages. In these logs the IP address is stored in a coded (hashed) form, not as it is.
    6. Information from cookies and pixels, when they are on (section 7). An identifier for your browser, the pages you viewed, clicks and scrolling on the page, including recordings of them, your device and browser type, and the fact that you sent an inquiry or tapped to message us on WhatsApp, without its details.
    7. Your choice in the marketing box. If you ticked it, we keep with your inquiry when you ticked it and the version of the box's wording, so it is clear exactly what you agreed to, and if you asked to stop, when you did.
    8. Your choice in the cookie banner. When you choose in the banner, we record a random ID, the time, what you chose, the banner's version, the page and its language, whether you appear to be in Europe, and whether your browser sent a GPC signal, without your IP address.
    9. Client information. If we start working together, we also keep quotes, agreements, invoices and our correspondence.
    10. Requests under this policy. A record of your requests to see, correct or delete information, and of our replies.

We don't ask for sensitive information, such as information about health, religion, sexual orientation or criminal history. Please don't write such information in the chat. If you write it in your questions anyway and ask us to get back to you, it is kept with your inquiry like the rest of your questions, and you can ask us to delete it.

  4. 3. Giving us details is optional

You don't need to give us any details to browse the site or ask questions in the chat. Without a name and a phone number, we simply can't get back to you. If you refuse cookies, the site and the chat keep working. If we work together, we will need the details a contract and an invoice require.

  5. 4. Why we use information, and on what basis

Where the basis is legitimate interest, you can object (section 11). Where the basis is consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

  6. 5. The AI chat

    • The replies in the chat are written by AI, not by a person, and they may be wrong.
    • What you write goes to our server, and from there to OpenAI in the US, which writes the reply.
    • On our side, the chat is kept until two hours after the last message, and then deleted. OpenAI may keep messages for up to 30 days to detect misuse, or longer if the law requires it or to protect its services or others from harm.
    • We don't use your information to train AI models, and OpenAI does not use the chat's content to train its models.
    • Your name and phone number are not sent to OpenAI. After you tap "Yes, call me back", the site itself will ask for them, outside the conversation with the AI, and send them straight to our server. A message that contains a phone number or an email address is not sent to OpenAI at all.
  7. 6. Updates and offers

    • We send you updates and offers by email or WhatsApp only if you ticked the box "I'd like to get updates and offers from OFFART by email or WhatsApp". The box is not ticked in advance, and you don't have to tick it.
    • Every message will include a simple way to stop receiving them. You can also write to us. We will stop within 7 days at the latest.
    • If you are under 20, tick the box only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  8. 7. Cookies and tracking

    • The site uses cookies and browser storage. The full details, with a table of every item, are in the Cookie Policy.
    • The items the site and the chat need in order to work are always on. In Europe and the UK, measurement cookies run only after you agree to them in the banner, and ads cookies don't run at all. Elsewhere, measurement and ads cookies run from your first visit, and the banner lets you refuse them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the menu.
    • When these cookies are on, Google, Meta and Microsoft may collect information about your activity on our site and on other sites over time.
    • When ads cookies are on, we use them to show you our ads on other sites and apps, and to measure those ads. To stop, turn them off in the cookie settings.
    • These tools never receive the content of the chat or the details you gave us.
    • The site does not respond to the browser's Do Not Track signal, because there is no agreed standard for it. Instead, you can refuse cookies in the banner.
    • The site treats a Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of ads cookies, unless you turn them on yourself in the cookie settings.
  9. 8. Who receives information

We don't sell your information for money. We share information only with the parties in this list, and each one gets only what it needs.

    • Hostinger, which hosts the site. Its server is in Lithuania, and everything sent from the site is stored on it.
    • OpenAI, in the US, which receives what you wrote in the chat in order to write a reply.
    • Contabo, which hosts our server in France. That server copies inquiries from the site's server to our management system every hour, and backs them up.
    • Google. Inquiries are stored in our management system, which runs on Google Firebase, and backups are stored in Google Drive.
    • Anthropic, in the US, whose AI helps us manage inquiries in our management system.
    • Our email provider, through which your emails reach us.
    • WhatsApp, owned by Meta. When we talk with you on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through it.
    • Google, Meta and Microsoft, when cookies are on (section 7). Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for measurement, and Meta Pixel for advertising.
    • Authorities, only if the law requires us to.

Under the laws of some US states, sharing information with Meta through ads cookies may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of information. If you don't want that, refuse ads cookies in the banner, or turn them off in the cookie settings. You can also email meir@offart.space to ask us not to sell your information.

  10. 9. Transfers abroad

Our providers are in several countries, so your information also goes to countries other than the one you are in. Hostinger's server is in Lithuania, our Contabo server is in France, OpenAI and Anthropic process information in the US, and Google, WhatsApp, Meta and Microsoft use their own servers, which may be outside your country. In some of these countries the law may not protect personal information to the level you are used to.

    • Chat messages and call-back details go abroad because this is necessary to do what you asked for, to answer you and to get back to you.
    • Information from cookies and pixels goes abroad only while they are on, and you can turn them off at any time.

  12. 11. Your rights

These rights belong to everyone who uses the site, wherever they live. You can ask at any time to

    • see your information and get a copy of it, and know where we got it from.
    • correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
    • delete your information.
    • object to a use of your information that is based on legitimate interest.
    • restrict the use of your information for a while, for example until we check a correction request.
    • get your information in an organized file, or have us send it to someone else.
    • withdraw consent you gave, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing does not change any use made before it.

To make a request, email us or send a letter (section 1). We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will answer within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you and extend by 30 days at most. If the law allows us to refuse, for example when it requires us to keep records, we will explain why.

You can also complain at any time to Thailand's personal data protection authority, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

  13. 12. Children

The site is meant for business owners and adults, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 16. If we find out we have received such information, we will delete it.

  14. 13. Security

We protect information with reasonable measures. For example, IP addresses in the chat's logs are stored in a coded form, not as they are. No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will report it as the law requires.

  15. 14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. We will announce a significant change on the site before it takes effect. If a change requires your consent, we will ask for it again.
