Accessibility Statement
DOT2DOT LLC (operating as OFFART) is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the conformance standard adopted by major accessibility regulations worldwide.
This statement covers our compliance posture under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and the UK Equality Act 2010.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. WCAG 2.1 AA is the de-facto benchmark accepted by US federal courts under the ADA, the EU under the EAA, and the UK under the Equality Act 2010.
The site has been audited using both automated tools (Lighthouse, axe-core) and manual review with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS). We are partially conformant — most of the site fully meets WCAG 2.1 AA, with some known limitations described below.
Scope
This statement applies to https://offart.space/, including the homepage, services, contact, FAQ, courses, and articles sections. New content is reviewed for accessibility before publishing.
Accessibility features implemented
- Floating accessibility menu available on every page (button at the bottom-left corner).
- Adjustable text size (90 % – 140 %), with user preferences persisted across sessions.
- High-contrast mode and grayscale mode for visual impairments.
- Link highlighting and a readable-font mode (replaces decorative fonts with a system sans-serif).
- Stop-animations / reduced-motion mode (also respects the OS-level
prefers-reduced-motionsetting). - Enlarged cursor and an on-screen reading guide.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus ring on every interactive element.
- "Skip to content" link, surfaced on the first Tab press.
- Semantic HTML5 markup, ARIA landmarks, descriptive
altattributes for images, and accessible names for graphical controls. - Tested with NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS / iOS) and JAWS — content reads correctly.
- Hierarchical heading structure (
h1–h6) for sequential reading. - Forms with associated
labelelements, descriptive error messages, andaria-describedbyfor help text. - Color contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
Browser and assistive-technology compatibility
The site is designed to work in the current and one previous major version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge — on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices (iOS and Android). Screen-reader support is targeted at NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS, and TalkBack.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not be fully accessible due to technical complexity or third-party dependencies:
- Embedded third-party media (YouTube videos, external widgets) — accessibility depends on the vendor; captions and transcripts are provided where available.
- Advanced graphical scenes (Three.js 3D experiences, GSAP animations) — text-based equivalents and a "stop animations" mode are provided.
- Archived or legacy documents — we are progressively re-publishing them in accessible formats on request.
If you encounter a barrier in any section, please contact us — we will help and fix.

If you cannot access content or use a feature on the site because of a disability, please contact our Accessibility Coordinator (see card above). We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve issues within 30 business days.
